Return Eligibility

You may return your product if:

  • It is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging

  • The return request is initiated within 14 days of receiving your order

  • All original accessories and manuals are included

Please note that custom kits, limited-edition items, or products marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

How to Request a Return
To start the return process, email [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. Our team will provide instructions and a return shipping address.

Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is issued.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product was damaged or sent in error. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

Exchanges
We currently do not support direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order after the refund is processed.
